I wish I had them for my first baby as with the first, my blood pressure rose so high they needed to give me drugs to lower it and then induce the birth when it was at a safe level. With my second birth after using these recordings I was able to visualize the birth just how I wanted it and that is exactly the way it worked out right up to even the time of birth that I wanted (during the day).
